Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Manage hiring through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred
