Job Description

Job Description: As an HR Officer at SCG in India, your role involves supporting the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding programs. - Support employee engagement, CSR activities, and internal communications. - Organize training sessions and monitor development plans. - Manage HR records, contracts, and keep HRIS updated. - Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws. - Offer day-to-day HR support and address employee queries effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field. - 0-3 years of HR experience; fresh graduates showing strong potential are encouraged to apply. - Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. - Demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on a people-first mindset.
