Job Description

As an HR Manager at Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital & Heart Center, your role will involve managing end-to-end human resource functions. This includes handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management. Your experience in the healthcare industry will be advantageous as you will be dealing with staffing requirements specific to hospitals, such as doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, technicians, admin, and support staff. - Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment activities. - Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and finalize suitable candidates. - Maintain the recruitment database and generate hiring reports. - Manage employee onboarding, maintain records, and handle documentation. - Issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and warning letters as required. - Maintain attendance, leave, and shift records efficiently. - Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, and labor laws. - Maintain employee files in accordance with audit requirements. - Support the performance appraisal process and handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. - Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and maintain training records. - Implement HR policies, SOPs, and hospital rules effectively. - Ensure compliance with POSH guidelines and maintain employee data confidentiality. Qualification Required: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Additional Details: Candidates with experience in Hospital / Healthcare HR and knowledge of NABH guidelines will be preferred for this role. Immediate joiners with strong coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple roles hiring are desired. The job is full-time and permanent, with a monthly salary range of 40,000.00 - 42,000.00. Note: This job offers benefits such as a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and paid time off.
