As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in the organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitiveness.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives and conduct satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain accurate employee records and analyze HR metrics for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Above 7 years of experience in HR management roles.
Skills:
- Profound understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers a competitive salary ranging from 50,000.00 to 60,000.00 per month along with health insurance benefits.
