Job Summary
Zucol Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive Operations who will be responsible for managing primarily HR operations and supporting recruitment activities. The role involves employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, day-to-day HR operations, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
* Handle onboarding and exit formalities along with HR documentation.
* Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture.
* Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
* Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
* Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
* Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
