Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining SuperBottoms as an HR Executive, where you will have the opportunity to contribute towards building a category from scratch in a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in various HR functions such as recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR MIS. This role requires a proactive individual with a people-oriented approach and a willingness to work with data. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures - Manage HR operations related to onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle processes - Create and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reports using Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis - Assist in employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and Rewards & Recognition programs - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and ensure a smooth and fast hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 12 years of HR experience, preferably in a D2C, startup, or fast-paced environment - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for data handling, formulas, trackers, and dashboards - Comfortable working with HR data, numbers, and reports - Good communication skills and a people-first attitude - Quick learner with a proactive mindset to accomplish tasks efficiently Company Details: SuperBottoms is Indias leading eco-friendly cloth diaper brand, known for its sustainable and affordable products.
