Job Description
You will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations for hospital staff, including nurses, technicians, doctors, and support staff. This will involve recruitment coordination, managing joining formalities, maintaining employee documentation and files, managing attendance and leave, overseeing biometric access, and providing inputs for payroll processing. Additionally, you will collaborate with unit heads for manpower planning and daily HR support. Handling employee queries, addressing basic grievances, and organizing engagement activities will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will support statutory compliance documentation and HR MIS reporting.
Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, with 1-3 years of HR experience preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting. Good communication skills in Tamil and English are essential for effective performance in this position.
