Job Description
As a Human Resources Assistant, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to support the HR department and ensure smooth operations within the organization.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: You will be assisting in the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for doctors, nurses, and support staff. This includes handling credentialing for medical professionals.
- Employee Relations: Your role will also involve addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication to create a healthy workplace environment.
- Performance Management: You will assist in implementing appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting departmental heads in managing employee performance.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies will be one of your key responsibilities.
- Training & Development: You will coordinate programs aimed at staff growth and skill enhancement.
- Admin & Payroll: Managing employee files and records, attendance, compensation, and benefits administration will be part of your daily tasks.
- HR Reporting: You will prepare necessary MIS reports, present HR analytics, and maintain HR data systems effectively.

- Strong computer and IT skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
