You are invited to apply for the HR Coordinator role at Transaction Network Services (TNS), where you will play a vital role in the Talent Management area responsible for attracting, selecting, developing, and retaining employees in India. Here's what you can expect in this role:
**Role Overview:**
As an HR Coordinator at TNS, you will provide HR services in India, focusing on HR Business Partnership and Recruiting. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **HR Business Partnering:**
- Provide support to local managers and employees, addressing HR-related queries and offering guidance on policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Engage with external vendors and partners for HR-related services.
- **Recruitment:**
- Align recruiting with the TNS vision and HR strategy.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting in India, including developing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage hiring/recruiting systems such as Workday and online job boards.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience and collaborate with internal teams for effective hiring processes.
- Proactively source candidates, screen, present to hiring managers, and make hiring recommendations.
- Manage offer negotiations and promote company culture.
- **Employee Benefits & Wellness:**
- Manage employee benefits programs in compliance with local labor laws.
- Plan and execute wellness initiatives to foster a healthy workplace culture.
- **HR Administration:**
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely processing of HR documentation.
- Assist with payroll inputs and compliance reporting.
- **HRIS (Workday) Support:**
- Provide guidance and support for Workday-related queries.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Workday for employee lifecycle changes.
- Collaborate with the HR Systems Support team to expedite system-related issues.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience or HR Qualifications Certificate/Diploma/Degree.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR practices.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, HR administration, performance management, employee relationships, and wellness activities.
- Experience with applicant tracking software and HR databases, preferably Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and business acumen.
