Job Description
You will be joining FatakPay Digital Private Ltd (FatakPay), a digital-only lending platform offering virtual credit facilities in a 100% digital and paperless manner. Your role as the Head of Production Support, DevOps, IT Risk & Compliance will involve ensuring the high availability, reliability, security, and compliance of all technology systems within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end production support operations, ensuring system uptime, stability, and performance.
- Define and implement incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
- Own and drive DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and release management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and system observability.
- Establish and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and operational KPIs for production systems.
- Oversee IT risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements relevant to fintech and financial services.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors to support audits, assessments, and certifications.
- Define and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for IT governance and compliance.
- Lead business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies and drills.
- Manage vendors, cloud service providers, and third-party risk assessments.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams across production support, DevOps, and IT governance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system resilience, security, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT operations, production support, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of IT risk management, security controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience with audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance standards relevant to fintech/financial services.
- Knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and high-availability architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
