Head of Marketing

As a Marketing Promotions Manager at Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies for ceramic products in Ghana and the wider West African market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies for ceramic products in Ghana and the wider West African market. - Drive showroom development: construction, maintenance, product sample display, visual merchandising, and showroom management. - Plan and manage advertising initiatives (shop banners, promotional visuals, campaigns). - Support distributors and customers in planning and executing promotion activities to drive sales. - Conduct showroom checks and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Manage regional marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years in the ceramics/tiles industry with direct experience in showroom construction, maintenance, and management, sample display, product promotion, and advertising (shop banners, campaigns, visuals). - Supporting distributors and customers in promotion activities. - Excellent marketing strategy skills and campaign planning ability. - Proven ability to work across cultures and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
