Job Description

<p dir="auto">We are looking for a dynamic and strategic <strong>Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management</strong> to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and digital transformation across global logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution networks.</p>

<p dir="auto"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul dir="auto">

<li>Lead and optimize the entire <strong>Supply Chain Management</strong> function including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.</li>

<li>Develop and implement <strong>Logistics Strategy</strong> to achieve 2030% cost reduction and improve on-time delivery performance.</li>

<li>Drive <strong>Supply Chain Optimization</strong> using data analytics, demand forecasting, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).</li>

<li>Manage relationships with 3PL/4PL partners, freight forwarders, and global vendors.</li>

<li>Implement <strong>ERP systems</strong> (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and digital tools like TMS, WMS, and IoT for real-time visibility.</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and sustainability standards (ESG).</li>

<li>Lead cross-functional teams and build high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<li>Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including geopolitical, climate, and cyber threats.</li>
