Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for leading paid campaigns across various platforms like Google, Meta, and others at UrbanPro. Your role will focus on developing and implementing paid acquisition strategies, lifecycle & retention marketing, funnel optimization, marketing analytics & attribution, and managing a team of 45 members across different areas such as paid, content, email, and social. This is not just a campaign management role but also involves capital allocation and growth systems responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Acquisition Leadership
- Own budget allocation
- Drive channel efficiency on Google, Meta, and other platforms
- Improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), and payback period
- Develop a structured testing roadmap
- LTV & Unit Economics Ownership
- Build and track Lifetime Value (LTV) / Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by cohort
- Improve contribution margin
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance monetization
- Monitor payback windows
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Enhance website conversion rates
- Optimize landing pages and user flows
- Coordinate with product and tech teams for optimization
- Lifecycle & Retention
- Strengthen CRM/email strategy
- Enhance repeat monetization
- Implement reactivation programs
- Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a team of 45 members
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure accountability
- Enhance execution discipline within the team
Qualifications Required:
- 812 years of experience in growth/performance marketing
- 3+ years of experience managing significant paid budgets (3 Cr+/year) on Google Adwords and Meta
- Experience in marketplace, edtech, or subscription businesses
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dealing with cohorts & attribution
- Experience in managing teams of 3 or more people
- Data-driven decision-maker
- Exposure to marketing analytics tools such as GA4, PostHog, etc.
Bonus:
- Experience with mixed revenue models
