As the Head-Mother Brand, Insights & Digital at Titan, you will play a crucial role in leading the overall strategy and execution of the Mother Brand, while also spearheading insights and digital initiatives for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategy for the Mother Brand, focusing on brand positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Lead the team in executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Conduct market research to gather insights that will guide brand strategy and decision-making.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing endeavors.
- Monitor key metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on the jewellery industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with prior team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and various social media platforms.
- Data analysis skills to make informed decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
