Job Description

As the Marketing Director, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives. You will lead annual and quarterly campaign planning across programs, identifying target segments, demand drivers, and customer acquisition strategies. Your role will involve owning and delivering qualified lead generation targets for programs, as well as designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, search, social, content, and partnerships. Collaborating closely with admissions teams, you will optimize marketing funnels to improve lead conversion rates. Your expertise in full-stack digital marketing will be crucial as you lead the execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing on platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, SEO and content marketing, marketing automation and CRM, website conversion optimization, data analytics, and marketing dashboards. It will be your responsibility to continuously optimize campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost. In addition, you will establish robust marketing analytics and reporting frameworks, monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI metrics, and identify and implement AI-powered marketing tools to enhance campaign performance and productivity. You will also play a key role in building and strengthening the organization's brand identity and positioning in the education and skilling ecosystem, driving thought leadership positioning, and ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, product marketing, and partner communication. Your responsibilities will extend to developing and executing the organization's PR and media strategy through agencies. Qualifications and Personal Profile: - B.E./ B. Tech, MBA from top institutions - 1218 years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles - Strong background in digital-first marketing environments - Prior experience in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet businesses is preferential Other Skill and Ability Requirements: - Managing people: Lead marketing and analytics team - managers and senior managers - Internal stakeholder management: Work closely with the leadership team of sales, finance, and tech.
