Job Description

As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Sales & Marketing Accounts, your role is crucial in driving business growth, optimizing profitability, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, performance reviews, pricing strategies, risk assessments, and digitization initiatives.

**Responsibility Areas:**

**Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**

  • Prepare and analyze financial performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date basis.
  • Develop management MIS frameworks and coordinate business performance reviews with the CEO.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews with MD & CEO and CFO - AFS.
  • Create board presentations highlighting organizational performance and strategies.
  • Develop and review upcoming quarter financial plans with senior management.
  • Drive long-term strategic business financial planning.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives under Project Transcend.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Build financial dashboards and integrate advanced analytics for performance insights.
  • Monitor financial parameters under the Balance Score Card framework.

**Sales & Marketing Accounts**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's market performance and the automotive industry.
  • Lead the order to cash (O2C) process.
  • Create robust financial statements and reports for sales, budgeting, and forecasting models.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the sales & marketing team.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial information and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Plan and manage the group's resources and working capital.
  • Create financial strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor sales performance.
  • Establish relationships with external stakeholders and banks.
  • Negotiate contracts and improve the financial performance of the marketing team.
  • Act as a financial advisor, providing insights on financial strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals and business cases.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend strategies accordingly.
  • Benchmark competition pricing and define pricing frameworks.

**Functional Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-18 years of experience in financial management.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, Indian Accounting Standards, and SAP.
  • Expertise in financial benchmarking, risk management, and cost optimization.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop long-term financial strategies.
  • Experience in managing enterprise risk frameworks.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and RPA.
  • Results-driven mindset with adaptability to market trends.
