Job Description

As a brand strategy leader, you will play a crucial role in establishing and executing the overall brand communication and content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and profitable growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing brand strategy and defining the company's annual marketing roadmap online and offline to drive Share of voice and aim to be a category leader.
  • Serving as the brand custodian for all communications and content, creating brand marketing playbook and guidelines for tactical, internal, external, and social media.
  • Analyzing key content metrics, developing audience insights, and understanding the BFSI industry to build a content communication strategy across marketing channels.
  • Conducting content deep-dives, post-mortem analyses, and analysis of key business drivers in collaboration with creative and business teams.
  • Briefing creative teams on content requirements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and defining core target audience, value proposition, and elasticity.
  • Creating cadence for consumer research, competition research, and brand tracking, liaising with design and media agencies, managing brand portfolio budget, and developing annual plans to ensure budget compliance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing branding initiatives, ATL and BTL activities, setting and monitoring team goals, identifying market opportunities, and monitoring competition.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Degree in marketing or business administration, MBA with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
  • Ability to understand consumer journeys, balance creativity and analytics, and have a strong understanding of current e-commerce trends.
  • Experience leading a team, motivating team members, and promoting a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries.
  • Prior experience in building communications strategies to deliver business KPIs is highly desirable.
