Role Overview:

As an Analytics & Data Science professional, you will play a key role in formulating and executing AI & Data Science strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to work on enriching big data related to sales, consumer data, manufacturing data, and user attributes. Additionally, you will engage with the Data Engineering team to build, maintain, and enhance the Data Lake/Warehouse in MS Azure Databricks. Your role will involve data preparation, developing new attributes, and creating a Single View of consumers and retailers/electricians. Moreover, you will drive consumer insights and campaign analysis to improve campaign performance and generate meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in conceptualizing AI & Data Science strategy and develop a sustainable practice around it
• Work on enriching big data including structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to build and enhance the Data Lake/Warehouse in MS Azure Databricks
• Drive adhoc analysis and derive insights from data for campaign performance improvement
• Build AI powered Consumer Insights Factory to support insights from various data sources
• Develop Predictive analytics AI/ML models for use cases in Consumer Domain, Consumer Experience, and Service areas
• Create dashboards and manage various MIS/dashboards using tools like Power BI
• Support AI/ML models for Sales Transformation, SCM, and Marketing use cases
• Optimize data architecture for efficient outputs in areas like data visualization and predictive ML Models
• Integrate new data sources and types, including unstructured data, into Databricks data lake

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML model development
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and cloud data platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
