Job Description

As a Group Brand Manager at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and performance of Mega brands. Your main responsibilities will include: - Achieving Topline & Bottom line targets - Optimizing promotional spend for desired ROI - Preparing Brand Wise Quarterly Visual Aid by briefing the ad agency, evaluating draft concepts, finalizing detailed visual aids, coordinating with the printer and logistics vendor for timely dispatch, and communicating it to the field force - Providing timely promotional material such as LBLs and inputs for effective marketing by allocating budgets, planning quarterly inputs, selecting vendors, negotiating for cost-effective inputs, and ensuring timely dispatch to the field - Monitoring planned activities and reorganizing promotional initiatives to improve cost efficiency without impacting the top line - Leading New Product Launch initiatives by identifying potential areas, analyzing market potential, conducting primary research, validating profitability, finalizing product features, preparing sales projections, stock allocation, promotional activities, and coordinating regional launch meetings through RSMs - Analyzing SMSRC Rx trends to drive brand leadership position through field force Key Personal Attributes required for this role include: - Strong negotiation and influencing skills - Networking skills - Creative and Innovative mindset Qualifications: - Educational qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm / MBA - Minimum work experience: 7+ years of marketing experience In addition to the above, you should possess the following Skills & Attributes: Functional Skills: - Market Access Strategy - Customer Value Propositions - Regulatory Requirements - Portfolio Optimization - Product Marketing - Brand Strategy - Brand Architecture - Brand Representation Resident Skills: - Business Acumen - Storytelling - Data Analysis - Project Management - Regulatory Requirements Behavioural skills: - Adaptability to manage dynamic challenges effectively - Collaboration and teamwork to achieve shared objectives - Clear and impactful communication to build strong relationships Critical Exposures: - Rx brand management stint desired, ideally managing brands >25 Cr INR or its geographically equivalent - Exposure to medical regulation, international geographies, and/or digital marketing preferred At Dr. Reddys, we prioritize your career growth and professional development through personalized learning programs.
