Your responsibilities will include: - Designing commercial ad creatives for Facebook/Google Ads that are high-converting and focused on selling rather than just being visually pleasing. - Demonstrating excellent command over Marathi Typography to create premium and contemporary creatives in regional languages. - Creating balanced and eye-catching layouts for social media, brochures, and digital banners. - Performing high-quality photo editing, color grading, and retouching, especially crucial for medical/cosmetic clients where flawless visuals are essential. - Being AI-tool friendly and utilizing tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Canva Magic to enhance workflows and generate creative ideas efficiently.
