Job Description
As a Product Owner managing the Enterprise Services (ES) Request & Workflow platform at Boston Consulting Group, your role is crucial in driving the vision for enhancing the employee support experience for ES customers. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee service experiences by leveraging technology and innovation while maintaining a people-first mindset. Working in an Agile environment, you will focus on delivering Initiatives with measurable value and business outcomes. Stakeholder management is key in this role, as you will collaborate with customers to define your feature roadmap priorities and collectively measure success over time. Your close collaboration with the development Squad will bring your roadmap to life.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive the vision for enhancing the employee support experience for ES customers
- Deliver Initiatives with measurable value and business outcomes in an Agile environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define feature roadmap priorities
- Work closely with the development Squad to bring the roadmap to life
**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, ServiceNow Solution Consultant, or related field at a director level
- Strong understanding of service management, business operational processes, and workflow management
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred, or 5 years focused experience in a related SaaS product(s)
- Proven experience leading large-scale program transformations
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience in Atlassian stack
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, especially GenAI
- Background in Consulting industry and management experience is a plus
