As a Gen AI Specialist, you will drive innovation by designing and developing robust middle-tier and integration layer solutions for the enterprise platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance software. Key Responsibilities: - Architect technical solutions for the platform's middle tier and integration layers based on user requirements. - Own the end-to-end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation. - Collaborate with Product Management, QA, Documentation, and Support teams for seamless releases. - Evaluate solution feasibility through analysis and problem definition. - Develop deep domain knowledge of platform modules and demonstrate end-to-end use cases. - Drive innovation by exploring and recommending emerging technologies. - Define and uphold development standards and best practices. - Mentor and empower team members. Qualifications: - 7+ years of software development experience. - Strong Python skills including design patterns, data structures, and algorithmic problem-solving. - 3-5 years of experience in building and maintaining critical platform services. - Expertise in Microservices and event-driven architecture. - Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs. - Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Passion for experimenting with new technologies and rapid prototyping. - Exposure to Gen AI tools such as Copilot and Cursor. Nice to Have: - Understanding of prompt engineering, tokenization, and vector embeddings. - Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and ML libraries like PyTorch and HuggingFace. In addition, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
