Job Description

As an AGM/GM - Marketing at Battery Smart, you will play a crucial role in leading brand, growth, and customer acquisition initiatives across digital and offline channels. Your primary focus will be on AI-led marketing transformation and scalable growth systems. This high-impact leadership position entails overseeing the end-to-end marketing charter, from strategy development and positioning to performance marketing, content creation, creative direction, offline branding, and city-level go-to-market execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and implementing the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company growth and revenue objectives - Managing brand positioning, messaging architecture, and market expansion strategies across different cities - Developing structured marketing roadmaps and measurable growth plans based on business OKRs - Leading annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly performance reviews You will also be responsible for: - Driving customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across various channels - Optimizing key metrics such as CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and retention through structured experimentation - Scaling performance marketing efforts across paid media, partnerships, and growth channels - Establishing attribution frameworks and ROI-driven campaign models Additionally, you will lead initiatives related to: - Integrating AI tools into marketing processes for content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and reporting workflows - Building automated marketing funnels and lead nurturing systems - Leveraging predictive analytics and data modeling to enhance decision-making processes - Identifying scalable AI use cases to drive cost efficiency and performance gains Your role will also involve: - Overseeing the development of brand campaigns, ad films, digital creatives, and storytelling initiatives - Crafting a unique brand narrative within the EV ecosystem - Ensuring brand voice consistency across social media, offline touchpoints, and city branding efforts - Managing agencies, creative partners, and production teams effectively Furthermore, you will be responsible for: - Designing and implementing hyperlocal marketing strategies to enhance city-level presence - Executing on-ground activations, partnerships, trade marketing, and OOH campaigns - Collaborating with operations and city teams to execute localized growth initiatives - Ensuring strong brand visibility across swap stations and partner network In terms of team leadership and collaboration: - You will build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, and performance - Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive business outcomes - Establish structured dashboards and reporting systems for brand and growth metrics - Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - 58 years of marketing experience with leadership roles in brand and growth - Proficiency in performance marketing, digital strategy, and customer acquisition - Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools for marketing automation and optimization - Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to execution - Previous experience in high-growth startups, EV, mobility, fintech, or tech-enabled businesses preferred - MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution Join Battery Smart as the AGM/GM - Marketing and drive impactful marketing initiatives that will contribute to the company's growth and success.
