As a Full Stack Lead at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects. Your responsibilities will involve planning, budgeting, and ensuring agreed quality and governance standards are met. You will lead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to revolutionize digital offerings for unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain large-scale applications using Java, Springboot, React.js, and CI/CD pipelines, SQL. - Develop unit tests to ensure high code quality and maturity metrics. - Implement scalable solutions using scaled agile methodologies. - Ensure seamless integration with various stakeholders' systems (business, tech, and product). - Ensure test coverage and automated test cases are in place. - Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical expertise. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and excellence. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Full Stack development (React.js, Java, Springboot, GitLab, SQL). - Strong understanding of CI/CD applications and pipelines. - Proficiency in unit testing and code quality metrics & BDD and CDD model. - Familiarity with scaled agile methodologies.
