Full Stack Developer

As an employee-owned business, we value creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all our employees, providing the necessary tools and support for everyone to excel. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Actively participate in ideation, design, development, and deployment of web solutions aligned with business objectives. - Design and deploy Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across various industry verticals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate POC and upscaled solutions into cloud environments (Azure). **Requirements and Specifications:** - 7+ years of experience with full stack software development skills including backend development in Python and frontend development in React and/or Typescript, system deployment, software architecture, and software testing. - Hands-on experience with Unit Test, Python PEP8 Standards, and Peer Programming/Code Reviews. - Proficiency in REST API designing, Fast API, Flask, Python testing frameworks, and deployment on Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google. - Knowledge of dockers, CI/CD pipeline, Object-Oriented Concepts, Multithreading/Multiprocessing, Memory Management, Data structures, Algorithms, Databases (PosgreSQL/MSSQL), and ORM Frameworks. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, along with expertise in software engineering principles, including data structures and algorithms, design patterns, and containerization. - Excellent communication skills and a passion for building software products. **Desirable Skills:** - Experience contributing to architecture/design of applications, knowledge of cloud tools like Azure, exposure to DevOps practices, and familiarity with technologies like Generative AI applications, Streamlit, Plotly-Dash, Kubernetes, Microservices, Browser rendering behavior, Agile Methodology, NoSQL databases, Token Authentication Mechanisms, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. - Relevant Azure Certifications will be an added advantage.
