Full Stack Developer

Job Description: You will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving AITS websites. Your main responsibilities include identifying and fixing software bugs, creating unit/functional tests, managing platform security, developing API services, integrating systems, and staying updated on industry standards. You will own the development and maintenance of all AITS Marketing external sites, focusing on analytics, SEO optimization, and quality traffic delivery. Collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure visually appealing, user-friendly websites is crucial. Effective communication across departments, converting business needs into technical specifications, and creating custom applications as required are key tasks. Integrating, testing, and deploying open source applications, reviewing website usability, optimizing performance, and ensuring compatibility across platforms are part of your role. Quick resolution of production issues is essential. Qualifications: - Strong fundamentals skills in Web Development with Python, Django, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience in web servers and reverse proxy like Gunicorn and Nginx - Basic knowledge of database tables and schema like MySQL - Basic knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 Console and S3 - Proficiency in GIT/Version Control - Strong time management skills - Ability to develop and maintain style guidelines within brand guidelines - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience - Strong understanding of security principles in websites and E-Commerce applications - Good written and verbal communication skills Additional Company Details: AITS team members have access to training and education reimbursement, and competitive compensation with generous benefits is offered.
