Full Stack Developer - React/TypeScript | Monday.com Platform

As a React.js Developer at our company, your role will involve designing and developing custom Monday.com board views and widgets. You will be responsible for building scalable frontend components using React.js and TypeScript, as well as developing backend services using NestJS / Node.js. Ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code standards will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing custom Monday.com board views and widgets - Building scalable frontend components using React.js and TypeScript - Developing backend services using NestJS / Node.js - Ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code standards - Designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs - Integrating third-party services including Microsoft Graph API, Adobe APIs, Frame.io APIs, and ServiceNow APIs - Implementing secure and scalable authentication/authorization mechanisms - Designing data models using MySQL - Implementing efficient querying and optimization using Prisma ORM - Ensuring performance tuning and scalability of backend systems - Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest - Deploying applications using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines - Supporting and maintaining existing Monday.com integrations, custom boards, and production incidents to ensure platform stability - Collaborating with UI/UX teams to improve usability and user experience - Working closely with Sustain, Operations, CSM, and SRE teams - Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Translating demanding business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Continuously optimizing the system to reduce technical debt You should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in React.js & TypeScript development, backend development (NestJS / Node.js), building REST APIs, integrating third-party systems, MySQL, Prisma ORM, and experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred). Preferred qualifications include prior experience developing within the Monday.com ecosystem, re-architecting automation-heavy platforms, exposure to microservices or event-driven architectures, strong debugging and incident management capabilities, and experience working in high-pressure, stakeholder-driven environments.
