Frontend Developer

Role Overview: As a Frontend Developer at CGI, your main responsibility will be to design and develop sophisticated, responsive web applications using the latest versions of Angular (v17+). You will create modular, reusable components, directives, and services to build a scalable codebase. Additionally, you will be implementing efficient data flow and state management, collaborating with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs, and optimizing performance to ensure application stability. Your role will involve working closely with UI/UX designers to maintain visual consistency and staying updated with the Angular ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop sophisticated, responsive web applications using Angular (v17+). - Create modular, reusable components, directives, and services. - Implement efficient data flow and state management. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs. - Optimize performance by identifying and fixing bottlenecks. - Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and end-to-end tests. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to maintain visual consistency. - Stay updated with the Angular ecosystem. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of Angular core concepts. - Strong mastery of TypeScript. - Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript. - Proficiency with Git, K8s, GitLab CI/CD, Docker Containerization, Linux, and PostgreSQL. - Experience with Agile teams, Jira, technical documentation, SonarQ, and code reviews. - Good problem-solving skills and clear communication. - Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment. - Continuous learning mindset and product approach mindset.
