Role Overview: As a software engineer at LimeTray, you will be responsible for engaging consumers in the products by designing reliable services with well-defined APIs that fit into LimeTray's service-oriented architecture. You will work on developing, implementing, and scaling web applications using various technologies and frameworks like Microservices Architecture, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, Angular, React, Kubernetes, AWS, and Python. Your role will involve collaborating with the team, contributing to code reviews, and mentoring initiatives to make a global impact. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interactive and user-friendly applications using the latest open-source and proprietary frameworks. - Contribute reusable components to the LimeTray UI Development community. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Develop responsive UIs leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks. - Help leverage and contribute to open-source technologies. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Contribute to code review and mentoring initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science. - 3+ years of work experience in building Javascript web applications. - Solid fundamentals in Data structures and Algorithms. - Proficiency in coding front-end technologies like Object-oriented Javascript, React, Redux, NodeJS, EcmaScript 6+. - Experience in at least one full lifecycle web application built with React + Redux. - Familiarity with Webpack, JSON-based web-services consumption. - Knowledge of AngularJS 1.x, J2EE is a plus. - Understanding of engineering RESTful APIs, Microservices, and SOARI architecture. - Deep knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS (SCSS, LESS), JSON.
