Role Overview: You are the architect responsible for developing the "Intelligence Dashboard" at our company located in Mumbai. Your primary task is to transform raw data provided by a dedicated Data Engineer into the "Structural Alpha" platform. Your role involves creating interactive "Lenses" to assist CEOs in visualizing organizational maturity effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a performant, zoomable, and interactive Organizational Tree using D3.js or React-Flow as part of the Graph Engine. - Design a state-driven UI system allowing users to switch between "Retail Media Maturity" and "Data Sovereignty" views seamlessly for the Lens System. - Define the visual language of the project and ensure that the dashboard provides a premium "Command Center" experience in terms of UI/UX Strategy. - Optimize renders to support 5,000+ node hierarchies without causing browser lag or flickering for scalability purposes. Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of experience in Frontend Architecture with expertise in React.js and TypeScript. - Proficiency in D3.js or Canvas-based visualizations with a portfolio demonstrating your skills. - Deep understanding of state management tools like Zustand or Redux for handling high-intensity data applications effectively. - Possess a "Product First" mindset where you prioritize the visual appeal and user experience as much as the code quality.
