FOO Analyst I, Client & Product Lifecycle

Role Overview: As an Analyst I at Invesco, you will be part of the Front Office Operations team, a crucial component of the front office Investment Administration team. Your primary responsibility will be to support Global Fund Managers in their day-to-day operations, ensuring that the funds meet their investment objectives. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately process all BAU requests and client instructions within established time frames - Document, maintain, and review process documentation to ensure smooth performance - Learn and manage the daily basket process, including setup, dissemination, and reconciliation - Assist in calculating and disseminating fund distributions - Provide daily reporting to Portfolio Managers and analyze corporate actions for smooth trading operations - Utilize exception reporting for fund oversight and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across global offices - Process transactions and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned - Identify process gaps, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate issues promptly - Support research activities by producing reports and maintaining critical spreadsheets Qualifications Required: - Minimum of one or more years' relevant experience in the investment banking/management industry preferred - Strong understanding of asset classes including Exchange Traded Funds, UIT's, and SMA - Knowledge of investment business, buy-side processes, and trade life cycle - Aptitude for rapid adaptation to new systems/software - Experience with front or middle office applications like DTCC, Ruckus, Bloomberg, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI; experience with Vestmark, Advent, and Perform preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency - Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines consistently Additional Company Details: Invesco is a leading independent global investment firm with over $2.2 trillion in assets under management.
