Financial Operations Senior

As a Senior & Supervising Senior of Financial Operations at Connor Group, you will be part of a team that specializes in providing Accounting Advisory, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and Operational Accounting services. If you are an intellectually curious professional with 3-5 years of experience and a skillset in US GAAP, IFRS, and Advisory, this opportunity in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Delhi (NCR) might be the perfect fit for you. The shift timing for this role is 3pm-11:30pm IST. In this role, you will own and manage assigned tasks and project responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of work, participate in client interactions, and effectively communicate project status, potential issues, and risks. Collaboration with other project team members will be essential to provide best-in-class client support and deliverables. Desired Skills & Experience: - Good understanding and application of key business and finance processes - Ability to document finance and operational processes through narratives and flowcharts - Attention to detail and ability to produce quality deliverables - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity - Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable - Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills - Team and/or project management experience beneficial - Exposure to financial systems and tools beneficial - GPA of 3.5 or better - Minimum 2-3 years of business consulting, auditing, or industry experience required - CPA and/or MBA preferred - Rated top 25% of Big Four class - Willingness to travel At Connor Group, our team culture is collaborative and encourages initiative.
