Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance

You will be working as a Financial Analyst in the Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) at our Gurgaon office. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing financial models to assess various scenarios and investment opportunities. - Conducting benchmarking and process analysis to identify best practices. - Gathering and analyzing financial data, including budgets, income statement forecasts, and historical performance. - Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance. - Assembling and summarizing data to create sophisticated reports on financial status and risks. - Collaborating with software engineers to build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI models into production systems. - Taking complete ownership of the assigned project. - Having experience of working in Agile environments. - Being well versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent / MBA (finance background) degree with 3-7 years of work experience. You should have the following competencies and skills: - Demonstrated working experience as a Finance Analyst. - Knowledge on analytics fundamentals including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. - Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis. - Familiarity with accounting principles, tax laws, and money markets. - Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. - Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and packages. - Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills. - Ability to convey complex financial insights clearly. - Great communication and collaboration skills.
