Role Overview:

You will be a seasoned Senior Manager in Finance transformation, Accounting, and regulatory reporting, with a deep understanding of sector knowledge in Insurance/banking operations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve financial performance within the banking organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives to transform the finance function within the banking organization.
  • Assess current financial processes, systems, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with finance, technology, and business teams to define requirements, design solutions, and drive change.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on banking regulations, accounting standards, chart of account re-design, vendor assessment, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on new processes, systems, and controls.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the banking and finance industry.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, CFA).
