Job Description

As a Finance Executive at Della Townships in Mumbai, your role will involve supporting financial planning, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis for ongoing and upcoming real estate and township projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review. - Assist in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. - Develop and maintain financial models for township and real estate projects. - Monitor project costs, cash flows, and financial performance. - Evaluate and track project contracts and financial commitments. - Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams for financial data and reporting. - Support management in financial planning and decision-making. - Ensure proper documentation and financial control processes across projects. - Travel to project sites when necessary for financial reviews and coordination. Required Skills: - Strong experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. - Good understanding of project finance and cost monitoring. - Strong analytical and Excel skills. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. MBA Finance or CA Inter preferred. - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in finance roles within real estate or township projects. Please note that travel is required for this role as you will be expected to visit project sites for financial reviews and coordination.
