Job Description
As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 8 years of post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for the GL and reporting functions for the Quick Commerce, Supply chain segment of the Group, including overseeing a large subsidiary. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading financial reporting under Ind AS/IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Leading quarterly limited reviews and annual statutory audits.
- Overseeing working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.
- Implementing, monitoring, and auditing Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including General IT Controls (GITC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC).
- Acting as the Technical expert for various accounting matters, leading stakeholder relationships with external technical consultants, statutory auditors, and investors on preparation, finalization, and reporting of accounting memos.
- Leading the preparation of monthly MIS and financial statements for stakeholder reporting.
- Overseeing indirect cost review and reporting, including finalization of ARDs for stakeholders.
- Managing revenue reporting and AR functions for the relevant segments.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance within the outsourced ecosystem for the segments.
- Leading the finance ERP implementation charter for the relevant segments.
- Collaborating with the Finance Automation team to enhance reporting capabilities across functions.
- Leading the implementation of SOPs across processes and ensuring adherence through regular reviews.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- High moral, ethical, and personal values in decision-making, communication, and actions.
- Strong analytical skills linking financial results to operational performance drivers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to change and effective in ambiguous or unexpected circumstances.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, Zoho, inventory/WMS systems, etc.
