Job Description:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and analyze variances.
Manage day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure adherence to tax laws (GST, TDS) and company policies; coordinate internal and statutory audits.
Assist in annual budget preparation and forecast financial needs.
Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and identify risks to minimize loss.
Supervise and train accounting staff.
Your role involves analyzing complex financial issues, making strategic decisions, and implementing solutions to optimize financial performance.
Continuous process improvement and innovation are key responsibilities to enhance financial operations, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency.
You will lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of financial projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
