Job Description
As a member of the team, your role will involve providing on-site technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues. You will travel to client locations to diagnose and resolve technical problems, documenting your work and maintaining equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- On-site troubleshooting and repair of equipment
- Installation and configuration of equipment
- Providing technical support to clients
- Maintaining accurate records and logs
- Adhering to safety regulations and procedures
- Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues
Required qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with technical equipment (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
