Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Digital Transformation Assistant Manager with strong domain expertise across R2R/P2P/O2C/AP/AR/FP&A to lead finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, automation, and solution design for enterprise clients.

- AP, AR, RTR, FP&A

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing finance workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Design end-to-end functional solutions across AP, AR, RTR, and FP&A processes
- Translate business requirements into functional design documents and solution blueprints
- Collaborate with technical teams for accurate system configuration and integration
- Drive finance process standardization, optimization, and automation initiatives
- Support SIT/UAT testing phases, validate results, and resolve functional issues
- Assist in data migration validation, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Mentor junior consultants/domain analysts and support capability building
