Job Description

 

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-value prospects and strategic sales opportunities in complex markets.

  • Masterfully handle sophisticated objections, negotiate multi-million contracts, and close high-stakes deals while maximizing profitability and long-term partnerships.

  • Leverage advanced CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage complex sales pipelines, forecast revenue with high accuracy, and optimize funnel performance.

  • Build and nurture strategic client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensure exceptional post-sales support for retention and referrals.

  • Consistently exceed aggressive sales quotas through data-driven tactics, proactive pipeline management, and innovative solution selling.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to influence strategy, provide market intelligence, and co-create winning proposals.

  • Analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to refine processes, mentor junior reps, and drive team-wide performance improvements.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and key account reviews, positioning as a thought leader and trusted advisor.

  • Maintain impeccable documentation, compliance, and ethical standards in all sales activities while adapting to evolving market dynamics.
