As a Global Cyber Security Project Manager at Randstad, you will play a crucial role in leading complex Cyber Security projects that focus on hardening the global posture and protecting digital assets. Your responsibilities will include: - **Project Leadership & Delivery Methodology** - Own the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including crafting project charters, defining KPIs, and building robust business cases for project investments. - Apply the appropriate delivery framework (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project needs. - Ensure strategic alignment of all security workstreams with the broader corporate strategy and the CISOs long-term roadmap. - Lead cross-functional teams of security engineers, analysts, and vendors, helping them overcome technical bottlenecks and stay focused on delivery. - **Cybersecurity Execution & Monitoring** - Drive projects focusing on key domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Data Security. - Proactively identify risks and dependencies, working with team members and stakeholders to initiate corrective actions. - Manage project rollouts across diverse geographical regions and functional areas, considering local regulations and time zones. - **Stakeholder Communication & PMO Excellence** - Research, interpret, and process complex information to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. - Develop strategies to capture and share knowledge across projects and the organization. - Act as a subject matter expert within the PMO, facilitating training sessions within Cyber Security and enhancing project management practices. - Lead the transition and onboarding of new project team members to ensure continuity and minimize knowledge loss. **Key Stakeholders:** - Executive Level steerco members - Global and local SOC members - Global, regional, and local CIOs - Key contacts in operating companies **Your Background:** - **Experience:** - At least 5 years of experience being accountable for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams. - Proven success in leading teams or projects with impact beyond own team. - Experience in integrating internal and external developments to solve complex problems. - Strong interest in data privacy and information security. - College or university degree or equivalent work experience. - **Competencies:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results. - Flexibility and resilience in responding to changing priorities. - Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong leadership qualities aligned with Randstad Values and Leadership competencies.
