Your role as an Auditor will involve the following responsibilities:
- **EXPERTISE**:
- You must possess a strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Previous experience in handling statutory audit assignments is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and effectively manage ambiguity is essential.
- You should demonstrate leadership skills to lead and motivate your team members.
- Excellent presentation and English communication skills are a must.
- Being a team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach is highly valued.
- **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Plan, execute, and finalize audits.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting and auditing standards.
- Ensure adherence to audit methodology in all assignments.
- Collaborate with the Audit practice to conduct Statutory Audit/Indian GAAP/US GAAP accounting services for clients.
- Ensure statutory compliance under various laws such as the income tax act, sales tax, etc.
- Regularly contribute to knowledge databases through submissions and postings.
- Delegate tasks to interns when appropriate and review their work.
- Continuously monitor time and costs during assignments.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, adapting to different work environments as needed.
