Job Description
Your mission:
- Have 7+ years of experience in a sales development role in tech B2B SaaS product companies, preferably in cyber security companies
- Possess 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Must have experience in selling SaaS products in the US & Europe
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls & multichannel outbound sales
- Ability to conduct rigorous research on companies & prospects
- Proficient in maintaining the CRM (Hubspot)
- Skilled in automating and creating scalable processes from the ground up
- Capable of communicating, presenting to, and influencing executives and C-suite of organizations
- Exhibit great articulation & ability to explain with brevity
- Act as the face of Astra and pitch the company and products to prospects
- Possess excellent listening, negotiation & presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that includes inbound and outbound efforts, set quotas, and manage the sales team
- Manage the sales pipeline for accurate forecasting and effective lead flow
- Build an outbound sales motion from the ground up to generate new leads
- Own and increase MQL conversion rates
- Evaluate and implement sales tools to enhance efficiency of sales processes
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas of SDRs & AEs
- Segregate MQLs in MOFU, TOFU and BOFU, and build strategy to convert each segment
- Hire SDRs, AEs and train them to build a high performing sales team
- Monitor and evaluate team performance against targets, providing coaching and feedback to improve effectiveness
- Be hands-on, and own your personal quota too
- Work closely with marketing, product and customer success teams to ensure world-class customer experience post sales
- Travel to meet high-value potential customers and for events will be required Your mission:
