Engineering Manager, API Infrastructure & Multicloud

Role Overview: You will be joining as a full-time, remote Engineering Manager at Internset to lead the API Infrastructure and Multicloud initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing an engineering team, guiding their technical and professional development, and ensuring successful project execution. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering deliverables with company objectives, drive best practices in software development, and oversee the integration and optimization of multicloud solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor engineering teams with strong skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership. - Utilize proficiency in Software Development and Integration methodologies and tools. - Manage Project Management activities including planning, execution, and delivery. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams by demonstrating exceptional communication and collaboration skills. - Work on multicloud environments and API infrastructure, leveraging your familiarity with these areas. - Ensure successful delivery of complex technical projects on time and within budget. Qualifications: - Strong skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership. - Proficiency in Software Development and Integration methodologies and tools. - Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with multicloud environments and API infrastructure is highly desirable. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
