- Personalization and Segmentation: Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and purchase history to create targeted and personalized messaging for each segment.
- Automation Management: Develop and manage email automation workflows, including onboarding, re-engagement, and abandoned cart sequences to maximize customer retention and conversion.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, design, and CTAs to improve campaign performance. Analyze results and implement optimizations for ongoing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
You should possess strong expertise in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Marketo, along with proficiency in segmentation, A/B testing, and email list management. Additionally, you should have robust project management skills, experience in creating engaging email content, and the ability to derive insights from data to make data-driven decisions.
