Email Marketing and CRM Executive

**Job Description:** As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to email and CRM delivery, content and platform support, data and reporting support, as well as process and operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and load email templates in Customer.io. - Manage email content uploads and updates in Hub Spot and WP Engine. - Apply email best practices including formatting, testing, accessibility, and deliverability. - Support QA across email journeys, automations, and CRM campaigns. - Upload and update content across Hub Spot, Word Press (via WP Engine), and Customer.io. - Assist with formatting, linking, tagging, and general content housekeeping. - Support wider teams with small CMS admin tasks as required. - Import new data into the Arlo dashboard using Looker Studio and Google Sheets. - Maintain shared dashboards and spreadsheets. - Support data cleaning, exporting, and formatting tasks. - Use or create simple tools and workflows to improve efficiency. - Provide light technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues. - Communicate with the Arlo team and join client calls when necessary. - Perform light image editing for email or CRM purposes. **Qualification Required:** - Experience using CRM and email platforms, with Customer.io expertise. - Working knowledge of Hub Spot and Word Press (via WP Engine) for content uploading and basic setup. - Familiarity with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools. - Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, particularly Google Sheets. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Good attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.
