Electrical Hardware Engineer - Internship

Role Overview: Apeiro Energy is seeking a dedicated individual to head the electrical department of the "iWind" project, focusing on the development and implementation of scalable Vertical Wind Turbine Technology. As the company specializes in designing small vertical wind turbines ranging from 1 kW to sub-100 kW capacity models, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the operation involving various technologies such as Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, IoT Edge Computing, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Purchase, retrofit, and design wind turbine generators, primarily utilizing PMSG generators. - Develop wind turbine controller and control system for on-grid/off-grid wind turbine installations. - Design a remote turbine monitoring system using IoT edge computing. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding and experience in Embedded Systems, Power Electronics, Electrical Machines, PMG generators, motors, IoT Edge Computing, Big Data Analytics, and Electrical Control Systems Design. - Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
