Job Description

As an E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist at our fast-growing online retailer, your role is essential for driving online sales, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) across various digital channels. Your responsibilities include developing, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels. Your core focus will be on performance analysis, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management to achieve key e-commerce growth targets. It is crucial that you possess a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping. You will collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and overall business strategy. An analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights are key for success in this role. Constant monitoring of campaign performance, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness are essential tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). - Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve performance goals. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. - Develop and implement retargeting and remarketing strategies. - Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce. - Optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates. - Manage social media advertising budgets and bidding strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising. - Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms. - Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics, analytics, and CRO principles. - Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics. - Experience with A/B testing and experimental design. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and reporting abilities. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve results in a remote environment.
