Job Description

As an E-commerce Marketing Manager at our client's rapidly expanding e-commerce business, your role will involve leading social media and growth marketing strategies to drive online sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement across digital platforms. Your expertise in developing and executing successful e-commerce marketing campaigns, particularly in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and customer acquisition, will be key to your success in this pivotal position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies with a focus on social media engagement and customer growth. - Manage and optimize all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and sales. - Create and curate compelling content such as graphics, videos, and ad copy tailored for different social platforms. - Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including managing budgets and performance metrics. - Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborative campaigns. - Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional offers to maximize conversion rates. - Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and align marketing efforts with business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, social media marketing, and digital advertising. - Manage the e-commerce website's user experience and product presentation to optimize for conversions. - Oversee email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on social media and growth hacking. - Proven success in developing and managing social media campaigns that drive measurable business results. - Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). - Experience with paid social advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels. - Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is essential. - Strong project management and organizational skills.
