**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, internal communications, magazines, and newsletters
  • Manage internal stakeholders and collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality videos, visuals, and graphics
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligning with the company's brand and communication goals
  • Create content calendars for both internal and social media communications

**Qualifications Required:**

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing and Communications
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media management, brand management, internal, external, and omni-channel communication, employer and leadership branding, CSR communication, and content writing
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences and channels
  • Excellent editing and proofreading abilities
  • Strong understanding of creativity in content development, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and passion for communications
